Bernard has an extensive international political and diplomatic track record. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and as Permanent Representative of the EU in Brussels and held various diplomatic posts in East Berlin, Argentina, and Turkey. After his ministerial career, Bernard joined Meines Holla & Partners, where he now applies his many years of international experience to strengthen connections across borders.
